To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos if applicable. Our team will verify the details and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
